This option is a real, physical set with backdrop, floor and real props to interact with. When this option is selected, several photos will be taken and returned to you for your choice of images to download.

This option is a digital background only (not an actual set). Photos are taken on a real set, but the image(s) are custom created one at a time to place the child into the digital scene. When this option is selected, several photos will be taken, however you will select which image(s) of your child you want used to create this single image.
