Service Description

Please get in contact with me about your event information, ideas, interests and concerns, so we can talk about your needs and what will work best for you! These sessions typically include family reunion, baby shower, gender reveal, parties or other events. (This does Not include Weddings. Please see the Wedding specific information on the Session Options page.) Payment: $250 (plus fees when applicable; such as 3.5% when paying by debit/credit) non-refundable deposit to reserve the date, which also applies to the first hour of photo coverage. Each additional hour of desired photo coverage is $175 per hour. There is no additional charge to receive the online gallery of digital images for download. The initial total will be calculated based on the estimate of needed photography coverage. If additional time is needed during the event, the total due will be updated to reflect the additional hours. Please note $25 will be added for every 40 miles of travel required (based in West Knoxville). Final product (typical results): All edited, print released, digital images for download. All images are included; no additional payment required. Delivery of product: link to online gallery is sent to you by email Disclaimer/Reschedule & Cancellation Information: Photography package prices are subject to change. However, your session price is secured upon reserving your day and time with your non-refundable deposit. You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the session date and your deposit will move to your new session date. However, if you cancel and do not reschedule, you forfeit your deposit. If you do not show up for your appointment or you are more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to pay a new deposit to schedule a new appointment. Let me know if any schedule changes or issues as soon as you are aware, and I will try to be flexible and accommodate your needs. If weather issues arise, I may need to postpone or reschedule your session and will contact you as soon as possible to work out a new schedule. Your deposit will transfer to your new session date.
